Experienced National Network

A network of nearly 170 licensed property managers nationwide, branch offices in key markets, along with our national field team, manages repairs, markets properties, negotiates leases, collects rent, maintains properties, and ensures compliance with local ordinances. The property managers are hand-picked and screened, closely monitored through scheduled and surprise visits, and the number of properties per property manager is limited to ensure compliance and oversight.

Web-Based Asset-by-Asset Tracking

A proprietary web-based application tracks asset level information such as profits and losses on each property, enables review and approval of bids and invoices, and provides property manager interaction and performance evaluation. Our rental programs offer innovative alternatives to traditional disposition strategies:

Rent Collection

  • Rents paid directly to CPS
  • Unique model that provides centralized collection of rents using a national lockbox provider to ensure timely receipt, posting, and reconciliation of rents
  • Ability to accept electronic rent payments from tenants using an online payment portal
  • Collection capabilities and tools including automated tenant statements, standardized timeline/actions, automated call campaigns and real-time management reporting throughout the collections life cycle


  • Local personnel responsible for all on-site property and maintenance issues and 24-hour emergency support
  • Standardized guidelines and authority matrices to ensure timely completion of maintenance issues while managing costs to asset holder
  • Centralized repair desk to ensure quality of work and compliance with client and program requirements

Reporting, Controls and Systems

  • Proprietary system (RentPointe) allows for consistent process and quality control for all property management functions
  • RentPointe tracks status of all properties, tenants, and property managers
